Frequently Asked Questions

What days do you roast?
  • On a typical week, we roast Monday – Thursday with a 1 PM EST deadline the business day prior.
  • Holidays may impact roasting & shipping schedules. Please check our website for updated information.
When will my order ship?
  • UPS & UPS SurePost orders are shipped out the day of roasting.
  • USPS orders ship out the following day.
  • Exceptions: Occasionally we have limited reserve coffees, which may have specific roasting days notated on the product page. Orders containing these coffees will be held until the specified roast day and shipped in full.
Will I receive tracking information?
  • Yes! You’ll receive a separate email confirmation when your order ships.
When will I receive my coffee?
  • Transit times vary depending upon shipping method selected and your location, however, most orders should arrive within 1-5 days of shipping. If you need the coffee by a specific date, please select an expedited shipping method.
  • If you need assistance determining which expedited shipping method to use, please call 410-626-0011 or email us info@ceremonycoffee.com.
  • UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the product to Ceremony. Please be sure to check your tracking information and keep an eye out for your order.
Can I update my Club Account?
  • Absolutely! You can update your club account any time before your next shipment is set to come up in our queue by signing in to your account.
What if my credit card is declined?
  • You’ll receive an email letting you know that your credit card was declined. You’ll then need to sign in, update your information and select a new start date for your club account.
Do you offer international shipping?
  • Yes, we do! Please email us at info@ceremonycoffee.com with your shipping address and the order you would like to place for a shipping estimate. All international orders are shipped via US Mail either Express International (3-5 days) or Priority International (6-10 days).
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
  • Yes, we do! Please be sure to select UPS SurePost if your address is an APO, FPO or DPO. Orders that do not select UPS SurePost will incur delays.
What is your return & exchange policy?
  • Ceremony Coffee Roasters roasts all coffee to order. As such, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases. Should you have any questions about an order or any concerns about non-coffee items, please contact us at info@ceremonycoffee.com or 410-626-0011.
