When will my internet order roast and ship?

We roast Monday–Thursday and ship Monday–Friday. Our coffee is roasted to order and processing times vary from 1-3 business days. Please note that this schedule may change around major US holidays. We aim to send you the freshest coffee available, so depending on your selected shipping method, you can expect your coffee to be anywhere from 1–6 days off roast. For expedited orders, please allow 1-2 business days of fulfillment time before shipment.

How do I adjust my subscription?

Once you have logged into your account, select Manage Subscription > select your current Subscription > select the coffee you want to update > scroll down to edit quantity, bag size, frequency, update coffee, skip an order, etc. If you need to adjust your grind type, please reach out to us at info@ceremonycoffee.com. Unable to log in? Contact us at info@ceremonycoffee.com to ensure that your account has been fully activated.

I moved! I need to update my subscription address.

Your shipping address can be updated once you’re logged in to My Account. Once you have logged in, select Shipping Addresses > select ‘Add shipping address’ in the upper right corner > enter your new address. Once you have added your new address to your account, navigate to Subscriptions > select your current coffee subscription > scroll down to Shipping Address to select and update with your new address. This will ensure that your subscription is associated with the correct address. For orders that have already been placed, but have not yet shipped, please contact us at info@ceremonycoffee.com with any changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the shipping address on orders that have already been shipped.

My package has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it.

Occasionally, a courier will mark a package as delivered prematurely. These packages typically show up within 24 hours. In the meantime, we suggest checking with nearby neighbors to make sure your order has not been misdelivered. If there’s still no sign of your package, please reach out to us at info@ceremonycoffee.com, and we will do our best to sort out the situation with you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Please email us at info@ceremonycoffee.com with your shipping address and the order you would like to place for a shipping estimate.

What is the fastest way to reach customer service?

Can I host my special event at one of your locations?

We are always open to exploring private event rentals. If you would like to host a special event at one of our Workshops, please email workshop@ceremonycoffee.com. For all other special events or space rental inquiries, please email info@ceremonycoffee.com.

Do you offer coffee and food catering?

We sure do! Whether you want coffee and pastries for an office meeting or sandwiches and salads for 150, we can help. Email us at catering@ceremonycoffee.com, and we can help make your event perfect.

Does Ceremony offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can buy gift cards for use in our online shop right here on this website. Gift cards for our cafes can be purchased here through Square. Our cafe gift cards can be used in any and all of our retail locations. Unfortunately, the gift cards that we sell online are not currently configured for use in our cafes.

How can we serve Ceremony at our business/office/cafe?

What is your return policy?

We roast all coffee to order. As such, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases. Unused or defective merch or equipment in original packaging with purchase receipt may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Used non-defective merchandise is not returnable. Should you have any questions about an order, please contact us at info@ceremonycoffee.com.

Does Ceremony donate to fundraiser events?

Yes, we sure do. We do not make cash donations, but we are happy to donate gifts in kind to registered 501(c) organizations. If you are interested in requesting a donation, fill out this form and email it us at donations@ceremonycoffee.com.

Does Ceremony offer certified organic and Fair Trade coffees?

We don’t intentionally pursue any certifications attached to green coffees. We pursue fair and sustainable partnerships with importers and producers, whether they’re co-ops or family farms, and we push hard to source high-scoring lots from these producers year after year. Certifications are often confusing for customers and expensive for producers, and we find that certifications such as Fair Trade and Organic (and non-certs such as Direct Trade) are often abused in approaches to marketing coffee that we disagree with.
