What we do

How we brew

23g coffee : 360g water : 3 minute brew + 60-90 second draw down

Recipe yields ~11oz and uses a 1:15.6 brewing ratio. Place your filter with ridges folded into the dripper. Rinse well with hot water.

Add 23g of freshly roasted coffee, ground a hair coarser than table salt, just before brewing. Tare scale to zero out weight.

Into the center, gently pour 360g of 205˚F water.

Place the lid on the dripper to retain heat.

Steep for 3min, then release your brew. The draw down should take 60-90sec.

Stir or swirl coffee to mix the flavors.
