Ceremony is putting together a team of brand ambassadors that will change the way consumers think about our coffee. Our team believes that coffee should be something special and for cold brew there are no exceptions. That's why we launched our NEW line of cold brew cans.
Part-Time Marketing Position (DC, MD, VA, & Philadelphia)
Our brand ambassadors will interact with and introduce our new cold brew cans to customers at local marketing events. Events include, but are not limited to: grocery store activation demos, marketing pop-ups, food marketings, and trade shows.
• Generate consumer brand awareness and boost retailer sales;
• Make certain that adequate stock is on hand at store and for marketing event;
• Dress presentably and maintain an organized and neat demo table;
• Schedule enough time to set up and break down the demo table before the demo starts;
• Actively engage with customers by demonstrating a passion for the product and it’s benefit to the customer;
• Ensure our products are represented well on location;
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have access to the internet and dependable transportation;
• Must be able to work independently and follow instruction well;
• Must be able to stand for 3 hours without sitting or leaning. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably;
• Must have a flexible schedule; Most events will be on weekends;
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills given constant interaction with consumers;
• Must be dependable, independent, and resourceful
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Show willingness to learn basics of specialty coffee service
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• A college degree would be helpful but not necessary.
