The Something Special Club is Community Culture's rewards program, powered by Passtimes. It's our way of showing appreciation for our guests who love good wine and social surprises.

How do I earn rewards?

Earn points on every purchase—Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.

How soon will I see my punches?

Punches typically appear in your account within 24 hours of your purchase.


What purchases qualify for rewards?

Most drinks and food items qualify. Some heavily discounted or promotional items may not, but we’ll always be transparent about what counts.

How do I redeem my free drink?

Once you've earned it, your free drink will automatically appear in your rewards. Just apply it during checkout in the app or mention it in-store.

Do my punches or rewards expire?

Punches don’t currently expire. Special rewards or promotions may have expiration dates, which will always be clearly noted.

Do I get anything on my birthday?

Yes. If your birthday is on file, we’ll send you a little gift to help you celebrate.

Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?

Rewards are linked to your personal Ceremony account and aren’t transferable. We like to keep the thank-you personal.

I’m missing a punch—what do I do?

Check your account first—most punches show up by the next day. Still not there? Reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.
