Whether you stop in every morning or swing by now and then, every cafe visit counts. The Something Special Club keeps track of your purchases and unlocks rewards as you go.
Here’s what to expect:
- Get $2 off—Once you sign up, get $2 of rewards to use on your next visit.
- Order ahead—Order from our app or online, and skip the line.
- Earn points on every purchase—Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
- Occasional surprise rewards—bonus drinks, limited drops, or seasonal treats.
- Member-only perks, like choosing your own rewards. Redeem points for free drinks, food, or discounts. It’s free to join. Just bring your love for Ceremony.

- 100 points = Free drip coffee
- 200 points = Free muffin or cookie
- 400 points = $5 off
- 700 points = Free specialty drink
- 1000 points = Specialty drink & pastry
- You’ll receive an email and push notification on your app when a reward is unlocked. If you miss it, check your message inbox in the mobile app.
- In our cafés, ask a team member to look up your account and let you know if you have a reward available.
- In cafés: Provide your phone number or scan your loyalty QR code in the app.
- Online café orders: Log in, view your rewards, and apply one at checkout.
- Earn 10 points for every dollar spent in a café, ordering ahead online or on the Something Special app. Be sure to share your phone number or scan your loyalty app at the café to earn rewards.
Yes, points expire after 12 months.
