SONOGI is a blended matcha from a cooperative of four tea producers overlooking Ōmura Bay in Nagasaki prefecture, Japan. Yabukita and Tsuyu cultivar tea trees are shaded with nylon tarps for 21 days, machine-harvested, and processed to tencha before milling to a particle diameter of 10-12 microns. Expect prominent sweetness and round umami.
