10% of proceeds go to projects at origin to help adapt to climate change

Sweet, balanced coffee roasted for all purpose brewing

In order to keep creating and drinking the best coffee in the world, we work to ensure our partners and buying decisions support a viable future for the specialty coffee industry. Researchers have found that the coffee sector is about 20 to 30 years behind other agricultural industries in sustainability research and conservation efforts. Climate Project is a single origin medium roast coffee that donates 10% of proceeds to partners and projects at origin that help producers adapt to changing climate.

This coffee is produced by small-scale coffee farmers from SanFrancisco, Los Llanos, San Andres, and El Sauce Village, located
in the San Ignacio province in Peru. With support from the Asociación Agropecuaria de Productores del Norte, these small-scale farmers receive training to become a part of the organic program and to produce high-quality coffees.

This coffee is ideal for auto-drip and full immersion brews, and as a single origin espresso. Dial-into a sweet cup of brownie batter and roasted almonds with 1:16 brew ratio, filtered water at 204-206℉, a medium grind, and a 3-3.5 minute brew cycle.

Dark Brown

Popular, caramelized brown coffees are big on sweet, dessert-like flavors like semi-sweet chocolate, brownies, and candied nuts.
