Roast Level 02 Light
A washed coffee from Veracruz, Mexico
Milk chocolate with pleasant, light caramel and buttery peanut notes
Specialty coffee in Mexico has been steadily on the rise over the past several years. Producers are finding more profitable markets for their coffees; in turn, they have increased efforts in growing higher quality coffees. Veracruz is a testament to this with the producers' work with Red Fox Coffee Merchants, one of our valued importing partners. As a result, these producers have found more long-term stability and the ability to continue investing in their operations and coffee quality.
This coffee is one we describe as a "coffee tasting coffee." A classic profile of chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut brittle. Lovely caramel sweetness with a medium body and mellow acidity.
This coffee tastes great at a 1:15 coffee to (filtered) water ratio. It's a solid morning cup or lovely partner to milk in a cappuccino.
Light Brown
Reliable, all-day brown coffees balance sweet and toasty with a hint excitement, creating well-liked flavors of milk chocolate, caramels, and vanilla ice cream.
