A bright, comforting blend of different origins

Delicious start to your day, any way you brew

Ceremony Annuals is a colorful, seasonal series on a mission to be the ideal blend for your brew method of choice. For our Winter Annual this year, we have two excellent coffees that are expertly roasted and blended for exceptional extractions from drip to espresso.

85% Honduras Familia Moreno | Washed
15% Kenya Maganjo AA | Washed

We worked hard to build a seasonal blend that captures the beauty and flavor of balanced in-season coffees. Our Winter Annual blend is comprised of a washed community lot from the Moreno family in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras and Maganjo AA, a washed coffee from Kenya. Together these coffees bring out notes of buttery cashew, sweet stone fruit, and a hint of orange creamsicle. The body is creamy and full with some light citrus acidity, making this a great cup to brighten dreary winter days.

Enjoy this blend on any brewing device, but we're loving it as a pour over on the Origami dripper with a Kalita 185 filter at a 1:16 ratio with filtered water heated to around 204 degrees.
